GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Prepayment: The prepayment system is in place to secure your appointment. All reservations require prior payment.

2. Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued after payment for a service.

3. Cancellation and No-show:

In case of no-show for an appointment without at least 3 hours' notice, the total amount for the service will be retained and not refunded.

For any cancellation or change of appointment, a minimum notice of 3 hours is required. If this condition is not met, the amount for the service will also be due.

4. Delay: In case of a delay of 10 minutes or more without notice, the service will be considered due and the total amount will be retained.

5. New Appointments: For any future appointment bookings, a new payment will be required.
